**READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE FILLING OUT A HUNT REQUEST FORM**

*Check our calendar for available dates before submitting a hunt request form. ​

* When looking at the calendar, each "OPEN"  on the calendar is a person, not a hunting party.  Except for Bow only (see below for more on Bow only)

*Please put who you will be hunting with on the form so we know to group the party.

​

*The requested dates are not confirmed until a confirmation email or phone call is received. 

​

* BOW ONLY  hunts are only available to go into the field on Thursdays. See Calendar for available dates.

- Bow only is by Camp (max of 3 per camp)

* Your Dates are not locked in until the 50% down payment is received. An invoice will be sent to you after the dates are confirmed to be open.

* There is no payment option available on our website. We will email you an invoice from Square. The payment option you select is how your invoice will be set up.

**You have 7 days from when the invoice is sent to pay the deposit. If not paid, the requested dates get opened back up on our Calendar**

** We do not provide drop camps. The below form is to request transportation only. There are a few choices in Fairbanks to rent gear. DHO Rentals is an option and has a tab on our website if you would like to look at what they offer. CLICK HERE.

We must receive a form for each person in the hunting party Regardless of who is paying or filling out the form.
